Workshop focuses change and can also be customized to the groups interest & skill levels, including:
Tribal fusion technique refinement.
Correct Body, Arm, Head and Hand Postures.
Performance development, refinement and presence.
Body conditioning/strengthening/stretching and toning needed specific for belly dance.
Pilates and Yoga.
Body awareness, connecting swiftly and confidently to your body, keeping you safe in your dance practice and knowing your bodies so you'll be safe in other body work practices as well.
